Microwave Mac & Cheese

This super speedy mac and cheese is perfect for when you're hungry NOW! It might seem a little strange to cook pasta in the microwave, but it totally works and tastes cheesy and yummy. It's an awesome snack or a quick lunch!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Pinch of salt

Steps

1. Put macaroni and water in a microwave-safe mug.
2. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes until soft.
3. Drain any extra water from the mug.
4. Stir in milk, cheese, and salt.
5. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until cheese melts.
