Mushroom Quesadilla

Imagine a super yummy cheesy sandwich, but instead of bread, it's made with soft tortillas! This quesadilla has yummy mushrooms inside, making it extra special and a little bit like a secret garden snack. It's warm, gooey, and so much fun to eat!

Ingredients

• 2 small tortillas
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 tbsp butter
• Pinch of salt

Steps

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Put one tortilla in the pan.
3. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms on top.
4. Place the second tortilla on top.
5. Cook until golden, then flip and cook other side.
